6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Warranty and Support

Warranty

  • Client must pay for all work completed up to termination date
  • Client forfeits any advance payments for incomplete work

Termination by Us

We may terminate services if:

  • Client violates these terms
  • Client fails to make payments as agreed
  • Client provides false or misleading information
  • Continuation becomes impractical or illegal

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved as follows:

  • First attempt good faith negotiation
  • Mediation by a neutral third party
  • Arbitration under applicable laws
  • Court jurisdiction in Jhapa, Nepal

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Internet outages
  • Third-party service failures

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you, superseding all prior agreements and communications.

Severability
