- Client provides false or misleading information
- Continuation becomes impractical or illegal
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved as follows:
- First attempt good faith negotiation
- Mediation by a neutral third party
- Arbitration under applicable laws
- Court jurisdiction in Jhapa, Nepal
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Government actions
- Internet outages

12. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
